Generally, shipments will be made through us priority mail unless it is upgraded to Federal Express or United Parcel Services.

Currently, Walkingcanessticks.com does not deliver to international destinations. Changes in that policy will be provided at a later date.
Return Policy

We sincerely hope you love your new cane or walking stick. If however, for any reason, you are not satisfied you are welcome to return for a full refund to your credit card within 30 days from your original purchase. Please note: Your product must be in new condition and not have been modified in any way. A cane/stick that has been shortened from its original manufactured size qualifies as an item that has been modified. Any item older than 30 days may not be returned. If the purchase price of any item(s) is over $250 or the item has been custom sized there is a 30% restocking fee. If you received free shipping on your order and your order is returned a shipping fee will be applied at $12.95.

To return an item, you must call our Customer Service Department between 9AM and 5PM eastern standard time at 1-352-359-2374 or e-mail us at customerservice@walkingcanessticks.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code for your return. Sorry, but any returned item not accompanied by an official RMA code can not be accepted. Please write the RMA code on the returned portion of the original packing slip and on the shipping return label. Please take a minute to tell us why you're not happy with the product-we want to know! Returned items must be new and unworn, and in the same condition as they were sent. We are not obligated to accept returns if the item is worn or used.

Backorder Policy

We rarely experience problems delivering your purchased product in a timely manor. However in the event that we may experience any form of lengthy delays we are more than willing to work with you to come to an amicable resolution. This may be as simple as refunding your credit card for the full purchase price or possibly suppling a temporary substitute until your product is in stock. Our exceptional customer support system is always there to address your concerns and welcomes any and all suggestions to help fulfill your needs.

Damaged Goods Policy

In the event you should receive any product that was damaged in shipping. You must immediately call Customer Service at 1-352-359-2374 or e-mail customerservice@walkingcanessticks.com and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). As soon as we receive your damaged product we will immediately send you a replacement with no additional shipping charges. We apologize in advance for any delay in enjoying your purchase.
